“Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again”

“The property location was perfect, and beautiful. Lovely local pub to walk to. The house was nicely decorated and had a homely feel. However the smell of damp dog was overwhelming, which didn’t suit us! Additionally the bedding smelt damp, and the towels of stale smoke. So it was necessary for me to do a couple of loads of washing during our stay. ”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.”

“I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. We had no issues with hot water as there is a gas boiler in this cabin. The only reason for 4 stars was because of basic essentials missing on arrival - no bin bag, hand soap,……

“The lodge was perfect for us. Cosy, warm, all facilities, utensils, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, luxury toiletries, spotlessly clean and private. A peaceful haven to recharge away from city life.”

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“Beautiful holiday home, lovely furnishing in keeping with the house. Everything you need in the high street. Lovely pubs. Bus stop to ludlow which is absolutely gorgeous too! Would reccomend.”

“This was a great place to stay. Lots of room, great location, and very easy to manage. The only downside was that it was cold and the heaters never got it warm enough to be pleasant. Make sure you have a sweatshirt.”
