“We stayed at the Northland Motel to complete a job and the accommodations were very good for our team. The room rates were affordable and the beds were comfortable.”

“Overall nice enough facilities. In my room the shower was not working well due to most of the water was still coming out of the tub filler instead of the shower head. But the biggest issue was the room beside mine had people cooking in it. The food smell was so overwhelming it made it impossible to sleep. There was no rooms available to change to.”

“The RCC was great — quiet rooms with enough space for us. I do wish there were recycling though — it seems archaic that there is no way to sort out recyclables in a place that advertises kitchens for guests. We would have been happy to bring our materials to the common kitchens to sort them. Also: although appliances are provided, guests should know they need to bring their own crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans/cutting boards, etc.”

“It's a great place for road trips and a joyful experience with campus life. Why I am say with that it's caused here is for student life residence can experience the different life and touch how the student living right here. ”

“Hotel was fine and very clean. no issues with staff as they were really friendly. only issue was when we were leaving our hotel room to head home the next day, a junky on drugs got into the hotel and was hanging around the 2nd floor running into walls. They may of got rid of security so it doesn’t make it as safe as it was when I came to this said hotel in 2024. (Due to tent city being not far from hotel) I won’t be coming back to this hotel next time I stay in Sudbury because my child’s safety……

“Desperately in need of a makeover. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and stained, the beds are sagging, the whole place feels sad and faded. I felt safe but that’s about it. Would not stay here again unless they renovate”

“The bed was comfortable, rooms clean and friendly desk staff. Bar downstairs had friendly staff as well. Only downfall was area was a. It sketcy as many transiants as shelter close by ”

“Small, very clean room with everything we needed to be comfortable. Staff very helpful. Heat/AC was tricky to get going. All in all, 5 ***** ”
