“We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed……

“Super cute apartment above a bar/restaurant. We are at the restaurant under it the first night, and the food is really good. The first night we stayed there was a Tuesday, so the bar was closed. The second night it was open and kind of loud but closed at midnight so nothing crazy. Love the apartment. I missed an email from the owner with the door code, but he responded quickly. Super cute neighborhood with walking to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, safe, great room sizes. Perfect for our……
