“The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time……

“I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Tulum. It’s perfectly located in a safe neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. The house itself is spacious with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. “We had a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga! Perfect location and space for our 10 guests ranging from ages 15-45. Samuel and Marisola are angels from heaven that made our stay very memorable and special!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and had great family connection time. “The house is great. Every room has a private bathroom and all of the rooms were a good size. The caretakers are very kind and friendly. They pop by daily to see if you need any cleaning done.
