「The hotel looks very shabby from the outside. Initially very difficult to check in as none of the staff speak any English at all. I was with someone who could speak a little Chinese, but it was still not easy to make ourselves understood. It is therefore also impossible to order breakfast or to get assistance with tours/tickets as stated in the hotel information.
