Very nice hotel close to many entertainment dining options. Walkable to the Metro. Next to Lan Kwai Long nightlife district and across the bridge from many music bars and restaurants. The concierge Tyler Wang was very helpful.

The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby.
