The service is Great. The employee of the hotel is extremely helpful. Ms. Ye also give me good tips for my travel plan in dujiangyan. Their complemtary breakfast is great. We had a wonderful stay.

Really good option in the centre of Dujiangyan, very easy to walk to all the main sites from here but it off the main road so was quiet. Room was large with plenty of space for luggage and bed was very comfortable. Seemed a popular hotel for tour-bus groups, so was busy first thing and early evening when they were departing/arriving, but staff very efficient in managing the large groups of people. Has restaurants, shops and convenience stores all nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Appreciate service staff

I appreciate the front desk staff Xiao Zhang, a lady who went the extra mile to put me and friends in 2 other rooms on the 6th floor with the mountain view. Great thoughtful and willing service on a small request. Also the servers in the morning breakfast restaurant were friendly.

Not the best choice

When we arrived, we were given the wrong rooms despite telling them it was wrong. Till we were about to go to our rooms, they stopped us and asked us to return our cards. Next, despite requested for non smoking room, the standard queen rooms were still smell like cigg smoke. For an asthmatic patient, it was rather unpleasant. Next, the room has sound of insects chirps off and on inside the room. Midnight I got awaken due to mosquito bite and itchiness on my leg. Front desk wasn’t as friendly and as welcoming as other hotels we have stayed.

Excellent value near scenic place

Excellent value hotel 23 minutes walk to DuJianYan ticket office. Even closer to the old town and restaurants beside the river. Very convenient. Hotel staff very helpful and understanding about late check out to give me more time touring outside.

Fint Hotell!

Problem med betalning, hotellet hade inte fått betalning från er på Hotels, vilket gjorde att de vill att vi skulle betala dem och lösa det med er. Tog mkt tid och svårt med kommunikationen förstås. Vi betalade inte en extra gång och tog istället kontakt med er på Hotels via telefon. Det visade sig att hotellet inte hade gjort en "inställning" så att de kunde ta emot pengar, vilket jag som kund fick lida för och lägga ett antal timmar på. Jag kommer att ta kontakt med Hotels ang. detta får att få ersättning för telefonutlägg m.m. I övrigt ett mkt bra hotell!
