少數缺點,但整體上的住宿體驗還算不錯
廁所空間小了一點,蓮蓬頭水垢就多,以及在衣物送洗的歸還時間上比較慢,而且西裝外套沒有燙得很好,除此之外,整體上的住宿體驗還算不錯.

Helpful staff
2nd visit to the city IBIS just one night stop over. The Hotel is modern and well managed Check in: consistent with our last visit speedy. Room: Comfortable bed, Coffee tea maker and fridge all in good working order. The bathroom unlike our last visit was in good order and functional. Breakfast: good choice of food both Asian and European. Staff: Again the big plus for us were staff who helped us arrange a Taxi to Pondicherry thanks again for the support it was very much appreciated and one reason I would recommend this hotel and will use again when in Chennai Sally and Dave Yorks

Good Chennai Hotel
Our check in was fast and a room was allocated on arrival although we were slightly early. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable with good quality sheets. The bathroom was functional but worn. We used the Restaurant and bar both nights of our stay, there was a good selection of both Indian and international dishes. The barman Thama was able to help us with our choices and provided a good standard of service. Staff on the whole were professional and helpful, a special thank you for the young lady who helped us with our airline booking it was much appreciated. We intend to use the IBIS city again in the very near future and hopefully have a similar experience. Mrs Sally A Thomas Yorks.

The best part that really won my heart… we made the booking for my parents… they were leaving early morning around 6.30 am to catch their flight. The hotel ensured they packed sumptuous breakfast for my parents as their breakfast counter starts at 7! I really liked the thoughtfulness 🙏

Great place to stay incase you are planning your trip for visa stamping. Good value for money hotel, very close to the US consulate and the hotel provides taxi service. The gym and in-house restaurant are great. Apart from the restaurant being expensive, there are no cons to this place. You can always order food from outside via swiggy or zomato

The bathroom was a little small and cramped especially if you are tall. The room that I stayed in was probably more expensive than what it was worth.

Staff was very polite and helpful. We booked two rooms and they were able to provide us connecting rooms even though we hadn't requested for it in advance. Shuttle to the US consulate was convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel if someone is looking for a hotel near the US consulate. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment on the food.
