「We requested two keys at booking, but were denied it. Very inconvenient when there are three people. They should have replied to say the will not provide two keys. We would then have had the option of looking elsewhere. There was just one socket to charge phones or the kettle in a room for 3 people. We had to ask for an extension which was dirty and sticky!
