「We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. 「The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly.
