"Scott and Lisa are nothing less than spectacular hosts! This was our second stay within six months while visiting friends and family in the surrounding area. I am extremely particular, and expect a home that is clean, comfortable, and safe. This home always meet those expectations. The yard is consistently well maintained and we enjoy sitting out on the peaceful patio while our pups enjoy running around the large fenced-in backyard. The neighbors are quiet, the location can’t be beat, and my husband loves being able to walk the pups to the brewery within 10-15 minutes. Honestly, there isn’t anything not to Iike at this home-from the comfortable beds, ice cold AC, stackable W/D, and the ability to walk to downtown Woodstock. Highly recommend this gem for any length of stay."

"Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "

"This is the worst hotel. After a 13 Hour drive. I show up to this hotel and they would not check us in because they closed the front desk at I don’t know what time but earlier than 1 AM and they don’t open till 8 AM so they expected us to sleep in the parking lot in our car. NEVER !!!!! Then didn’t give us our money back. The worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed!! "

"Due to a Medical emergency with family was unable to stay @ property. Spoke to host on first day to request she allow us to cancel & work together to refund a partial amount of the 2600 fee for the stay. I had rented for 20 days. She immediately refused! As I walked through property I realized there was another house on property with total access to the house. It adjoins the pool decks walkways doors & garage access. No way to lock garage access to house as no keys or deadbolts. Kitchen was poorly stocked & location was undesirable as being advertised as close to downtown. The advertised photos are very deceptive & I just had to let it go!! Stage four cancer was much tougher to accept than stage four greed by the host! Choose wisely & choose another home. I did not stay in the house at all & requested she at least refund the clesning fees she REFUSED. "
