"Washer was so loud..sounded like it was going to fall through the wall from the top floor.. dryer was useless..we had to start it atleast 3-4 times before it actually fully dried..there was baby spiders in the showers every morning. The sponge left to wash dishes was disgusting and black.. the toilet ..."
