"I had a very disappointing experience staying here and would not choose this place again. From the moment we arrived, it was frustrating—there is very little signage, making it difficult to navigate the property or even find the elevator. After a long day of traveling, the last thing you want is to feel lost trying to get to your room.
The walls are extremely thin and the doors are not properly sealed, so you can hear everything happening outside—people talking, doors slamming, and general hallway noise—which made it very hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep.
One of the biggest issues I had was with the $200 hold placed on my card. It was charged and not returned in a timely manner, which was both frustrating and concerning. It added unnecessary stress to the stay.
The room itself also had several problems. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in, and it never really went away. Cleanliness seemed questionable overall—the microwave was greasy, which made me uncomfortable using it, and the bathroom amenities were very poor. The shower didn’t have good-quality soap or shampoo, so I would definitely recommend bringing your own.
Overall, between the lack of signage, noise issues, cleanliness concerns, and the problem with the deposit, this was not a good experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."
