「We loved our stay. The house was perfectly located, a short 9 min drive to downtown Bar Harbor and no greater than a 15 min drive to the hiking we did. The property is plenty spacious and comfortable. We went the first week of November but were never cold as the house had a heating unit and multiple space heaters if you needed extra sources of warmth. Our dog (Mini Aussie) loved the front deck and had plenty of space within the house to spread out. We'd love to come back and highly recommend...

「The overall space is definitely rustic. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast we had was tasty. Lots of parking for the most part, except at dinner time when the restaurant is open. The one issue we had was we stayed in the carriage house. Which you cannot lock the main door too which is fine if the front desk tells you that.
