2/10 Terrible

"The room was still being cleaned at check in. You can tell there’s definitely a drug problem in the area as there was a lot of umm interesting people hanging around the hotel all hours. Don’t count on the breakfast as it will never be stocked. The “free laundry” is 1 washer and dryer for the whole building so good luck. The stair smell like animal feces and urine. The staff won’t be present until late afternoon half the time so good luck and there was blood on our pillow to top it off. Honestly please don’t book find any other place to stay unless you’re super super super desperate."

"This hotel is the worst smelling facility I have ever stayed at. There was a mixture of wet dog and literally decomposition. There was a heavy rainstorm and the first floor flooded and our room on the third floor had water running in from the window. I wouldn’t eat the breakfast because I couldn’t get over the smell. I am upset I spent the money I did for this terrible experience."

"I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Coffeyville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the excellent service — the manager was especially warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"Didn't realize there was a pool/hot tub until checking out. However, was a bit disappointed that the room we were assigned had a dank smell. Not bad enough to change, but felt like it had not been aired out. I noticed that tops of desk felt like it had not been wiped off, trash cans were stacked on the sink. No soap. The sheets were clean, at that point, we were so tired, that's what mattered."

"I truly thought the property was abandoned when I pulled in due to the overgrown weeds in the parking lot and no signage on the building. Bed had collapsed in the middle and was like a taco. Old, worn, pilled sheets. Stains on the carpet, and the bedroom walls were dirty with some brownish liquid that had run down the wall and dried. The pro’s? It was quiet and felt safe (in spite of one of the side entrance doors not even having a lock)."
