“The property was nice…clean, good fitness center, room was fine. We booked through Expedia for only a 1 night stay and when we arrived to check in, they didn’t have any of the type of room we reserved, so they downgraded. The front desk person basically said our room wasn’t guaranteed because we booked through Expedia. We would stay again but book with the hotel directly.”

“got a room that should not be given out chemical smell, broken tv, missing furniture. went to front desk staff was helpful gave another room. Breakfast oatmeal was hardly room temperature. not the norm for Hampton inn.”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise……

“The particular amenities I was looking for fell far short of expectation. This site claimed recently renovated. It advertised buffet breakfast and hot tub. Room furniture was well worn and showed corrosion on metal fixtures,handles and supports. Breakfast by industry standards was continental not buffet as advertised. The hot tub didn't work properly, no jet timer and on second night wasn't even warm. Doors to access side entrances and pool were not secure, any person could enter building and……
