Checked in and given room keys. Went to enter room and cleaning staff was standing in the doorway. Room was still being cleaned. Cleaners were rushed to finish. Room was not clean when we entered finally. Trash on the floor. Mirror sticky debris and bathroom sink not wiped clean. Bed was horrible ...

Room had a roach in it. I was told i would receive a refund because i had checked out the room at 2:30am. Still not refund it’s been over a week. Staff just always says the manager isn’t available.
