"Property was very clean inside. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had good accommodations for the family. Exterior chairs and tables required some cleaning before use. Water accommodations (dock, kayaks, paddleboard, etc.) were average and well used but usable. Access Ladder to dock is unstable and should be replaced. Hosts were very helpful and strived to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Ideal location on Smith Lake."
