「Manager was horrible. Had someone bring me fod and groceries. And they were told I can't have anyone come buy and to leave. Ridiculous.」

「Hotel was comfortable and clean; staff were nice and professional. Only concern, guest next door consisted of children who stayed up all night banging and making noise. I didn’t sleep well, although the bed was comfortable. 」

However, our room was not cleaned the entire stay (had to request service)...mindful of the property's policy of housekeeping service every other day - yet it never happened across 4days. Property well maintained and near to restaurants & shopping. Stayed there about 3-4 times and would try this property again.」

「We came late & just needed to rest before finishing our drive. The front desk staff was very nice, the room was clean & comfortable. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was beyond minimal, there was barely any selection. And the towels in the room were so stained and gross we didn’t towel. My 8 year old even held it up when she was about to wash her face and was like ‘why is this so dirty?’ Definitely time to upgrade towels.」

「The sheets were dirty or stained. Same with the towels and washcloths. Shower curtain had black mold and something red splattered on it. There were a couple of black bugs in the both beds.」
