“The property is very clean and modern. Very centrally located for adventures at the dunes. We loved our stay. The host is extremely responsive and assisted with suggestions for dinner. It took us only 5 minutes to drive to the beach area from the property which was amazing. And the host is very kid friendly. The property itself is attached to the back of a business which did throw me off a little but we had zero issue with privacy while staying. And there was zero noise issue from the……

“The property was not as described. The photographs of the living room are outdated (the furniture pictured is not present in the home), and several of the blinds in the home were broken. The VRBO photos of the yard are not even close to representing how the yard actually looks. There were two broken Adirondack chairs and some lawn furniture covered in plastic. The canopy/gazebo was lying broken in the front yard (this was not a new problem, as it was mentioned in a previous review). The yard was……

“I don't have enough words to say how impressed we were with this spot. As said by others, easy to find, clean and safe. Communication with owner was excellent. Above that, this place is pure serenity. We were visited by a turkey and her chicks, deer, cute ducks, squirrels galore and even saw an owl. Beautiful plants amd trees around to view and appreciate. We will definitely be back!”

“My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time throughout our trip. The house was clean and well managed upon arrival, and check in was very smooth. Throughout the reservation process and after the hosts were very responsive and hospitable. While the house is on the smaller side, it fit my group comfortably and we had no complaints, especially with its affordability. The location was very quiet and close to the beach front. My group and I highly recommend considering this location……
