The staff failed to collect the $50 deposit at check-in and later insisted I return to pay it, without clarifying any deadline or potential consequences. I never intended to avoid payment; when I returned later, the front desk was occupied, so I planned to settle it after dinner. Shockingly, just a few hours after check-in, the staff deactivated my……

“Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.”

“Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice.
You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive.
Overall wonderful stay.”
