The perfect hotel

This is an incredible hotel with unbelievable service. It is also located exactly where you want to be- close to the centre but out of the hustle and bustle of the town.

This Hotel was far past what I was expecting. The property is beautiful and very quiet. The breakfast was off the hook and the staff was so kind. I travel a lot and have a ton of experience in what is nice and what is great, this one was GREAT! I also know what service is and what it can be in a staff, this one would be hard to beat. I have only one request and it would not change my grading this property a 10 out of 10. I am a coffee addict and there was no coffee machine in the room.

This is a very special place built around a beautifully restored teak house, now serving the ideal purpose of lounge, bar and restaurant. The design of the room is both exquisitely tasteful and deeply thoughtful, and the choice of indoor/outdoor shower in the generously proportioned bathroom was surprisingly liberating - a guilty pleasure that I want to replicate at home. Staff were uniformly warm, welcoming and helpful.

Gorgeous Design & Excellent Service

Pillars went above and beyond during our stay... every request was accommodated (late checkout, food requests, expedited laundry, etc), and as an interior designer- I especially appreciated the attention to detail and carefully curated spaces. I would love to return here again and can't say enough kind things about the staff and intentions of this lovely hotel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I don’t know where to start. We cannot say enough about our stay at 137 Pillars. The property is stunning go begin with, but it really comes down to the staff. Toto, our butler, was so thoughtful and attentive to anything we needed, but indeed the whole staff is imbued with the spirit of hospitality. It’s truly a special place we didn’t want to leave!
