工作人員的熱情態度，差別還蠻大的 有的很熱情，有的非常的冷淡 飯店的人員都用無線對講機 早上在房間裡面可以聽得非常的清楚對講機的聲音 飯店的隔音不太好，水忽冷忽熱 已經超過check in時間過了半個多小時，房間沒有準備好

飯店位置極佳, 就位在古城區, 去每個景點都方便. 飯店建築與氛圍完全滿足我們對清邁的優閒古意想像, 充滿靜謐的殖民風情 我們這次選擇一樓的 Grand Deluxe 房型. 推開門就是泳池, 飯店還提供無限享用的點心bar. 以及招待的餐飲兌換券, 整天待在池畔都沒有問題。 唯一的缺點是 wifi 不是太穩定, 浴室的水流強度不是太強, 但沒有太大影響, 整體而言下次還會繼續選擇入住這間酒店，非常喜歡 !

酒店就在周日夜市的旁边，旧城的主要景点也都在15分钟的步行范围，周围也有很多不错的餐厅和按摩店。酒店不大，开放式的大堂区域可以闲聊小憩，很舒适。酒店硬件设施一般，洗手盆漏水，房门略有变形打开很吃力，不过都不是很大的问题。早餐确实跟其他评价一样选择不多。

The hotel is conveniently located in Old Town near a bunch of restaurants and massage parlours. The hotel is idyllic and comfy. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is just fit. The swimming pool is not too large but it is expected considering the price. The only drawback is that it is a bit nosiy in the morning when other residents are leaving or walking around.

This was such a fabulous and chic hotel in the center of it all. From the decor and aesthetics, to the amenities such as the pool and breakfast options, to the local sites immediately surround the hotel, everything was perfect for us. Check in was such a smooth process and they provided us with multiple suggestions for things to do. The incredibly high ceilings of our room were amazing. The bathroom was a bit tight and had very little countertop space for our toiletries, but it worked just fine. Love this hotel and would definitely return here in the future.

AMAZING!! What an absolutely stunning hotel- it is just as beautiful as the pictures. There are also so many amenities at the hotel. Free ice cream and snacks in the lobby, free weekend cooking classes, weekly guest entertainment classes, beautiful breakfasts! The staff was wonderful, there was nothing not to like. Everything was amazing.

Very nice hotel, the staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had many different options including lots of fruit. The only problem was that the shower fluctuated in temperature quite a bit but it's probably because it's a retrofitted building. Overally highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel!
We loved this hotel! Beautiful and comfortable with excellent service. The snacks, coldwater, and ice cream that were always available was an extra treat. We loved the location, which was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from lots of places to eat, drink coffee, shop and people watch. So much fun!

Old world, charm, and modern
Lovely old world charm hotel with modern amenities. Location was superb as to being able to walk to numerous temples markets, the flower festival, parades, and restaurants. The staff so very friendly and helpful in every way. Relaxing atmosphere at the hotel with a wonderful breakfast afternoon tea And drinks poolside in the midst of a city and yet a gorgeous gold Temple directly across the street in full view. Highly recommend this hotel.
