我們住了3晚，房間是在最高樓層3樓，房間及浴室非常潔淨，每日都有人打掃及更換毛巾，該房間有獨立小露台，方便吸煙，露台面向園景，非常舒適；只是床有小許硬；早餐也不錯，不是酒店級般豐富，但也有廚師煮蛋、粥或炒飯及自助式早餐。酒店位置也很方便，附近是出名的泰國餐廳。

作為廿幾間房嘅蚊型酒店， 有個泳池仔， 又有 笪草地曬下太陽，房門外仲有專屬露台俾人灘抖一下，或者俾D煙剷整兩口，真係照顧週到。 當初以為三層樓會冇，原來有部裝到八個人嘅觀光㗎。 仲未講到重點，就係我住咗七晚，佢哋就換足七晚床單，浴巾手巾當然不在話下。家陣好多五星級酒店，都溫馨提示你，話因為環保，浴巾唔掉落地唔同你換，牀單就用到你check out, 除非你要求換。大佬，我住成個禮拜喎。剩係呢樣服務，咁嘅房價，你仲想點呀！ 當然，如果有埋單車免費提供俾我緑色旅遊一下古城仲perfect. 當然會有少少瑕疵扣下分，就係當你帶D甜食同生果入房，會引嚟好多蟻，下一手有排煩， 點清潔都冇用。

工作人員很細心，和很樂意幫忙
洒店位置在民居內但不算難找仍有餐廳和小酒館花園和泳池雖然和相片有出入，但周邊很寧靜。除了有些不顧別人的住客。早餐選擇不多，但足夠吃飽，因搭早上6點的機，很細心的準備早餐給我們，多謝酒店的所有員工。下次如再去清邁會再次入住。

服務人員超棒
泳池和花園有點貨不對版，照片上看起來很大，但其實小的可憐，泳池只需20秒就能游到對面，絕對不廢力氣。雖然如此，但服務人員的態度絕對能覆蓋所有酒店的缺點。例如當我游泳時，服務員主動拿毛巾給我；我和朋友坐在Lobby聊天時，服務員主動為我們送上飲料；我跟服務員說第二天7點就要出門了，服務員居然說會特地為我們提早準備早餐。這一切一切我都覺得很溫暖，雖然設施沒有想像中的好，但他們的服務是讓我會再次到訪的主要原因！贊！

Good location: night market is just nearby；public transportation is just outside the hotel; so many restaurants and bars next to the hotel and good food could be found out there; hotel accommodation including buffet breakfast which is healthy and good enough at such reasonable room rate.

Good motel style hotel
the hotel is more like a motel. it has a lap pool right next to the entrance. The room has its window right alone the corridor and noise insulation is not particular great. Luckily guests during my stay are not the noisy type. It has a small table and chairs at the balcony along the corridor. It has a ceiling fan, so it is quite nice to sit outside and do some internet surfing during the day. Breatkfast is the simple type and you can order congee and omelette on top of the buffet style food. Location of the hotel is close to the tourist area and you can find a lot of small cafes and pubs within 15 min walks. Aircond and shower facility is good but not the fansy setup. Overall a good motel style hotel. Good for a short stay and for those who want to avoid the crowd of tourists.

The hotel is located at a neighborhood with pub and restaurant which makes it a convenient place for traveling around the city. However, it is impossible to sleep well at night with the loud music from the pub nearby.

Thank you very much for your review. But we would like to inform that we tried our best to help you although it's not our fault. Normally we would not refund for any case after the guests check-in. In your case, we arrange the quiet room as your request but you told that there was weak soundproof in our room (In fact just only noise from other guests walk trough in front of your room). We try to solve your problem by allow to refund for you as special case. We don't know that you are very noise sensitive person or just need refund back.

It was a great place. Pool was a little small but the location was fantastic! The bed was a bit hard but from what I understand, a lot of hotels are like that in this area. Would definitely stay there again. Great price too!

Fantastic location to explore Chiang Mai Old Centre....quiet lane but close to many good restaurants/bars. Rooms were an adequate size with considerable storage, large bathroom and nice shower. Nice amenities.....good size fridge/freezer, kettle and outside seating area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastisk hotel midt i hjerte av Chiang Mai.
Vi var 2 vennepar på ferietur i Chiang Mai. Hotel de Nara var veldig flott og bra hotel. Hotellet virket nytt og var veldig rent. Fantastisk hyggelig betjening både ved desken, rengjørings- og kjøkkenpersonalet. Dessuten lå den i en hyggelig gate med mange koselige barer, til og med verdens minste bar.

Hotel liegt ideal in einer schmalen Seitenstrasse mit vielen anderen Hotels, Restaurants und Bars teilweise mit Live-Musik und Bestuhlung im Freien. Trotz Verkehrs vor allem mit Mopeds ist die Strasse eng wegen des Abstellens von PW und Mopeds auf beiden Seiten. Auch der Hotel-Zugangs war teilweise mit 3 PW für Fussgänger fast ersperrt. Relativ ruhige Lage; nachts mit leichter Disco-Musik aus der Umgebung. Hotel selbst verfügt über keinen Aufenthaltsraum ausser einem Garten und Rauchertischen vor dem Zimmereingang. Pool mit 2 Liegestühlen ist klein und ohne Liegewiese. Frühstück ausgezeichnet; Nachschub von Früchten musste oft verlangt werden. Abholdienst am Flughafen hat nicht geklappt und Bestellung eines Taxi-Meters zum Flughafen schien unmöglich zu sein; stattdessen Tuck-Tuck.

Chose the hotel based on location and price. Excellent stay; polite and friendly staff. Located near a couple of small bars that get loud at night, but it was no bother as our room was located at the far end of the hotel.
