Very enjoyable stay here. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. However, I wasn't aware you could open the full length mirror to find the hair dryer inside until I asked at reception. Would be good if there was maybe a little sign indicating that. The staff were very nice and polite, and the cleaning staff were very respectful. The location is superb and I would be happy to stay here again.

Improve the beds and become faultless

The only negative points were the beds, the main double bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Our daughter had a Z bed which is normally sprung under the mattress, in this case is twas wooden board which made it hard. The staff were amazing, ans the rooms were immaculate.

The property was great, very accessible for everything. The staff were friendly. The big problem was the banging sounds outside out room every night, not sure what was that but every night the same sounds was strange.

The hotel is showing signs of aging and cleaning was a bit of a issue and the staff were happy to fix the problem. The hotel is in a great location and has a good breakfast choice in the the morning. Overall it is good value for money

Positive-no problems with staff, they were helpful. Very good location Negatives-The most uncomfortable hard bed, sheets so thin they are ripping, moldy walls, clogged sinks, cold water, loud, expensive laundry (per item $) Ended up getting a different hotel for last hacks of stay in chiang Mai Fortunately all of these things could be easily fixed

on arrival room had a strong chemical smell that caused us eye irritation and irritated our lungs. I suspected chemicals used in floor cleaning. on complaint staff washed the floor with wet cloths which seemed to fix it. tv does not work and staff could not get it going. This hotel is old. Best aspect was a good breakfast menu. cheap stay but if you can afford a few extra bucks stay away.

Great location!

Really like the location of this hotel! In Old Chiang Mai, by the moat and just steps away from the Sunday Night Market! Good restaurants and drinks near by. Great walking location. Room was comfortable! Good breakfast buffet was also included. Nice pool to relax by. Great value and location!
