Dirty, unfriendly
浴室很骯髒，門還沒辦法上鎖。 員工不怎麼友善，時間還沒到就一直提退房。 床會滋滋作響，閱讀燈使用會發燙的燈泡，小心不要被燙到！

Stayed here while I was in Chiang Mai. This is possibly the cheapest place to stay in town, with a flat rate of 120 Baht for a dorm room with fan. The room itself is a bit dark and damp, especially if the people staying there don't close the door to the shared bathroom (the bathroom is very humid). My advice is to put on the fans and open the windows and doors to air out. And to ask the other guests not to spray deodorant on while in the small sleeping space with limited air circulation. The owners are very accommodating and will be open to lower rates at longer stay. I highly recommend going to the top roof area and chilling there as it offers a small but welcome reprieve from the Chiang Mai city life and some fresh air.

安さなりです。
安いです。 屋根の下に寝ることが出来ればいいという値段でしょう。 私はゲストハウス宿泊も初心者で、 長期滞在だったため、初め予算を抑えようと、こちらに二週間も予約を入れてしまいました、、 しかし、、 ２日でギブアップして、別のホテルへ移動しました。 いくらチェンマイの物価が安いと言えど、安いところはそれなりです。 価格から考えたら、充分妥当なお宿だと思いますので文句は言えませね。。 具体的には、 Mixのドミトリーでしたが、 シャワールームに鍵がありません。 個人用のロッカーもありません。 当然、洗濯機、冷蔵庫ありません。 蚊がめっちゃいます。 このお値段にしては清潔だと思います。 １～２日泊まるだけならいいかもしれないです。

Hotel bien situé mais le confort de la chambre est moyen. Au Rdz, cela manque beaucoup de lumière et il y avait beaucoup d'odeur d'humidité. La salle de bain n'etait pas en très bon état. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable par contre.

I didn't stay at Kikies. I got there. Someone was still asleep. The lamp with my bed didn't work. the bedclothes smelled. The Bathroom smelled. I found another place

The most friendly helpful staff!
Amazing and friendly staff they are so helpful, organised all of our trips for us and told us where to go, so so so nice and accommodating and really have made this trip so great!

Best location in oldtown
Two young guys working in the reception that are really nice and helpful. They can arrange different activities such as hiking treks and elephant spa. (Don't do any elephant riding, it's not good for them) Overall good place to stay for a great price.

เราได้เข้าไปพักที่นี่ บรรยากาศค่อนข้างเป็นกันเองมาก เจ้าหน้าที่ก็บริการดี แนะนำนู่นนี่นั่นได้ค่อนข้างโอเคมาก ถ้าไปพักที่นี่ ควรจะเน้นเที่ยวเยอะ ๆ แล้วกลับไปนอนเอาแรงเที่ยววันต่อไปอะไรแบบนั้น

Good Hostel; Bad Beds
I was in Kikie's Guesthouse, not the main house, but the beds were just wood with a small cushion. They were not bunk beds, so it's like a sleepover with strangers. It's a great location, and amazing staff. The price can't be beat if you can handle a hard bed, it's okay.
