飯店服務人員個個親切有禮, 第一天check-in就送上好喝的迎賓飲料, 讓人倍感賓至如歸。 早餐豐盛好吃、房間乾淨舒適、重點是十分安靜, 有很棒的睡眠品質, 洗澡熱水不是用瞬熱型熱水器, 水量充沛十分舒服....這樣的環境與服務品質, 配上優惠的房價, 強力推薦。 LOBBY提供水、芭樂汁和餅乾，是每天回飯店最想嚐試和休息的地方，非常舒服。

舒適渡假屋，方便行街揾食
位置在古城主道路附近，行街揾食都好方便，渡假屋感覺，舒適，床舖枕頭干淨，小露台陽光充足，空氣好。不錯之選。 唯這旅程不快之處，就係自己訂左kkday的 大千秋及森林過山車，說好了的半日游原來只在該處玩 個半鐘都沒有，司機安排太差了，像不願多留的態度。 如果旅店能直接安排完活動 就更理想了。

地點很好，靠近夜巿，夜巿有很多小食，可以安摩等等，步行15分鐘到巿中心,1小時可到機場.床單未夠清潔.

位置好，價錢平
酒店超近night bazaar, 差不多3分鐘就到，去warorot market也是只步行10分鐘，不過離其他夜市較遠，但也可步行到達。 房間不算大，枕頭較扁，用兩個又太高， 基本上房間是乾淨，但發覺螞蟻越來越多，要求酒店清理後就沒有再出現。

Perfect location, excellent service
Location is perfect which has a convenience store downstairs and extremely close to many eateries and massage shops. Staff helped us picking our luggage to the lobby (which is at 2nd floor) upon our arrival. My wife is an breastfeeding mum and the staff help us storing her breast milk at the fridge in lobby on our check out date, this really help us much as our flight has been delayed again and again. The bed is soft and I can sleep well. The only drawback is that the noise from the nearby rooms cannot be completely isolated, it will be quite noisy when some guests checked out in the early morning. Overall the hotel is clean with well trained staff and price economic, I will definitely stay in this hotel again in my next Chiang Mao trip.

酒店員工話幫我叫的士去Maya Mall,點知叫左部'tak tak.諗住都算啦，上到車，明明10分鐘路程，越行越遠唔對路，成半個鐘都未到，仲好似去緊郊外。同司機講話我地去Maya Mall,佢話酒店唔係咁同佢講，我地拎埋旅遊書,俾埋圖酒店啲人睇，佢用泰文都可以講錯都無話可說，我都唔覺司機厄錢，因為價錢傾好哂，佢仲要用多左時間同金錢去車我地。呢間酒店要好好提升英文水平

螞蟻有點多，門口牆壁上和因床頭是木頭和旁邊的的桌子連在一起，所以螞蟻都會從那爬過來，除了這個；還有門和門鎖都必須關的稍微大力一點，以致於發出很大的關門聲和上所聲，如過晚了，都可以聽到其它房間和自己房間的聲音很大聲

房間整潔，櫃枱服務員有禮及樂意助人，唯房門卡只得一張極為不便，因為由前台入酒店電梯需要房卡開啟一扇門才能進入，應提供兩至三張房門卡才合理（因為我是三人入住）

個人本身不喜歡訓有床架的床，所以這間床墊設計的酒店對我來說十分適合。 另外，我訂了兩間雙床房，一間有露台，一間無露台。但露台是有窗台的，分別在於有露台的房會有更多空間。
