some service standard a bit different than before

比起數年前（疫情前），前台服務及housekeeping服務未如以往的好。有關前台服務，check in過程服務員沒有對客人說明就即時過賬房間費用，跟其他酒店做法不同（一般應該是先扣按金，然後到check out時連同其他酒店內消費一併過賬），因為過賬後也沒有提供收據給客人，所以我完全不知情信用咭在入住前已被過賬。前台check in後更忘記交還passport給我，直至我發現致電到前台，酒店員工才發現。酒店房間費用在check out時也要客人主動要求才提供，不明原因。有關House keeping 服務，不明白3人房間在補充房間用品時為何只保留一卷正在使用的厠紙，并沒補充備用的。2晚都需要自行致電House Keeping要求才送到房間。但其他員工都很好，特別是酒店大門的security叔叔，經常面帶燦爛笑容，更工作非常落力，印象十分好。

Facilities are ok, but the breakfast :(

We booked a room by the pool, including tax is around hkd2,000 per night. The facilities including spa, pool, gym are ok, but the breakfast is the worst and I thought we were having breakfast at a hkd500 hotel. I can say, the location is good, staffs are good but not very value for money.

我Book的是吸煙房、但原來成間酒店都唔比吸煙得一個4張櫈嘅範圍可以!同時我的房型是可免費用水療池、但唔出聲問酒店又唔會主動話你知要Book·和攞飛先用得、你要出外員工也不會主動問你需要叫車嗎!早餐也冇咩選擇、泳池很細、附近冇7仔

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and the atmosphere is overall welcoming. Enjoyed the luxurious experience in spa centre as well as the free yoga class. Only downside to mention is that a mouse was seen near the reception area on one evening during our stay.
