環境清净，極優閒，早餐美味，地點算方便，鄰近夜市街道，附近亦有餐廳食肆，唯一缺點是沒有泳池，大門口比較隱蔽。

不滿：職員與服務

櫃枱職員不願意主動和客人打招呼，我們先出聲，他們才回答，否則只坐在位，夜間員一位還不踩你，令人失望。但餐廳職員和看更服務也不錯，房間水壓慢，要開盡熱水才夠熱，但令水壓變慢了。但價錢也算平，所以整體也可接受。

房間整漂，服務員態度非常友善，早餐好味！乾淨衛生。整體評價很好，不足之處是熱水器不夠熱水沖涼，入夜比較偏僻寧静。因本人駕電單車，所以冇乜所謂。整體大致可以，給八十分的評分。

酒店房間寛敞,整潔,床鋪很好睡,環境清淨,早餐西式有多樣選擇味道好還有水果很貼心員工服務態度好。出入酒店建議使用 Uber 價錢平不用講價快靚正。

劣質服務

地點日間可以，晚上較靜不建議走路回酒店，早餐不是自助是set還可以。其實極不滿意沒有熱水洗澡，洗手盤有熱水但花灑只有微暖近乎凍水，大部份房都一樣因我問了不同的旅客，如夏天可能問題不大，但我12月去的，我太太身體不太好沒有熱水是大問題。另外他們的支裝水和紙巾不是每天都refill，我和他們説，前台有個女職員態度十分惡劣地同我講話我地之前取走清潔車上的水，所以不會refill給我們，我明白可能對平價酒店來說水都是錢，但我地唔係貪心，正常酒店取多2支水也沒問題的，但此酒店職員的客服態度極需改善，你服務好我多多錢都俾，為了2支水同客人嘈是真理嗎？最後他們都給了水我們，但好像當我們是乞丐一樣，以後也不建議任何人來這間Sakorn Hotel了。

We’re sorry you were unhappy - we’ll work hard to fix the issue you experienced. Thanks for letting us know. First of all we would like to apologized about this situation. But we have to clarify about this. Normally, we provide free 2 bottles of water per day per room . When the maid cleaning the room , the maid will refill the 2 bottles of water . In you case , one day that you stay with us and you come and collect 1 water in the maid trolley(without asking or telling anything to the maid) but the maid saw the situation so when the maid cleaning the room for you. She provide another 1 bottle( so it mean 2 bottle per day).-we have cctv to prove this situation. free 2 bottles of water per day per room is not a big problem to us but you have to tell us the ture. When you check-out, you still ask free 2 bottles of water to the maid but the maid inform you to ask the reservation staff and deny to give to you. Normally when the last day that guest check-out, we did not provide or give free 2 bottles of water because the last night before you check out , you got 2 bottles of water (when the maid clean the room) In this situation, you check-out and complain about this at the reception. You asked for 2 more bottles of water and then you will do not complain. If we do not provide 2 more bottles of water, you do not stop complain. So in this case we offer 2 more bottles of water in order to make the guest happy( this is not our fault). So it mean you got more than normally.

房間超級大！性價比高！

如果要在清邁租電單車旅遊的話，不要選這裏，租車和還車不方便…要自行外出租車，這間酒店不提供這項服務。入夜附近路況很陰暗，沒有街燈，晚上回程要小心。但單以住酒店各方面來說，十分完美！設備齊全（健身室、泳池、免費豐富早餐），酒店房間超級大，厠所有驚喜（超正）！！如果有代客租電單車及酒店還車就超級完美了，希望這點日後可改善。

Excellent staff that genuinely care. Facilities also offer great value. It felt like home. The included breakfast is a set of your choice, and comes with bottomless coffee or tea, a generous serving of fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice, and small dessert. The large pool was well kept, with smoking area and sun loungers. I highly recommend this stay!

Mostly the staff was extremely helpful with our demands. We had a deluxe 1 brd apartment which is a very comfortable top floor unit with 2 washrooms. Off the high density traffic but very close to all restaurants and markets, it was very quiet place. The breakfast choice was good and comprise of main late breakfast, fruit platter, small dessert and fresh squeezed orange juice. We were not hungry leaving the dining room. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would return for future travels.

We ended up extending our stay at this property because we loved it so much! The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was very quiet but not far from the hustle and bustle of things. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay for 5 days. Balcony room and were lovely. We were able to hire motorcycle from hotel was very easy thanks to the excellent staff and service. 15 minute walking distance in to town. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

Sakorn is a quiet, clean and Friendly stay … just steps from good restaurants and across the bridge from the night market but just off the street enough to be out of the noise . This is my 2nd trip to Chiangmai and I will definitely choose to stay here again .

The place is very quiet and tucked away in a great area. The rooms are large, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly. Close to the Ping river and markets across the river.
