First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the lovely young woman who manages the hotel. She is truly extraordinary! Her kindness, warmth, dedication, and genuine desire to help made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. She helped us find the best prices for taxis and transportation, arranged our trips to Chiang Rai, and gave us wonderful advice on getting around and exploring the surrounding areas. But what made her truly special was the way she treated us. We never felt like ordinary hotel guests. We felt as though we were staying with family. She was always so sweet, patient, thoughtful, and willing to help, with a beautiful smile and a genuinely caring heart. The hotel itself is wonderful! It is simple, comfortable, very welcoming, and offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Its location is excellent, in a beautiful, safe, and charming neighborhood, close to everything. We felt comfortable, safe, and truly cared for throughout our entire visit. I have stayed in many hotels during my travels, but what makes a place unforgettable is not luxury — it is the people who make you feel at home. I strongly do not recommend staying at this property. The service was very poor, and the staff were unhelpful. The place was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest or sleep. The facilities are old, worn out, and not well maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not worth the money. I would not stay here again, and I would recommend looking for another place instead.

Las chicas del staff muy amables, solo la limpieza me hubiera gustado que la hicieran, en una semana que me hospede ahí no me cambiaron las toallas ni limpiaron el cuarto hasta que yo se los pedí; también el desayuno solo estaba disponible en un horario muy corto por lo que cuando salía de tour temprano me lo perdí, de ahí en fuera está en una buena zona y céntrica

Vi bokade ett rum på spring at tapae hotel i Chiang Mai. När kom ner visade det sig att hotellet inte fanns. Det hade bytt namn till TJR boutique house. Den nya ägaren kände heller inte till att vi skulle komma. Jag tycker det är förvånande att Hotels.com bokar rum åt gäster på hotel som inte finns. Dem nya ägaren ville också ha mer betalt. Rummet var av enklare standard. Sängarna var hårda vilket är rätt vanligt Thailand . Varmvatten saknades till och från hela tiden. Vi har varit i Thailand rätt många gånger och tycker det finns bättre alternativ för det priset.
