Ok Breakfast, Clean room, lukewarm shower
This hotel is in the perfect location in the center of it all. There are many restaurants and places to go nearby. Breakfast should be expanded at this place....not many vegetarian options and it does not compare with other hotels in the area that are cheaper. I think the overall service is good though. Showers were also lukewarm, this may have been only my experience but it if you like a hot shower this may be something to consider...

Loved the location. Walking distance to many sights. My only complaint was for the bed in the room. The mattress felt like a cardboard and was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Would highly recommend staying at this hotel -- the location cannot be beat! It was close to nightlife, close to amazing food, located in the prime part of old town Chiang Mai. The staff is very helpful in identifying great attractions and excursions to join, and they accommodated all of our different requests. Overall, we had a great stay here -- clean rooms, simple amenities, breakfast included, and great location!

Not bad
The location is not bad, room is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. Water for shower is not hot enough, neither the water temperature for shower nor washbowl could be adjust. It was quite noisy when people from the same floor going in and out, sound proofing could be improved.

The laundry service was great. We dropped it off at the front desk in the evening, then returned to the desk the next afternoon and it was all done. The beds were pretty firm, but some people would really like this firm of a bed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we would ask for things or for help they remembered our room number. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Two nights of amazing comfort!
Front desk greeted you with a smile every time to walked in or walked out. The room was very clean and cute with all the necessities needed to have a relaxing night. Outlets were compatible with the plugs that I had brought from the US, giving me one less thing to ask about. Bed was clean and comfortable as well.

No safety deposit box but nice rooms
A very nice contemporary and simple hotel. It's less than 5 minutes walk from the famous Sunday market and a further 15-20 minutes walk to Night Bazaar. Very close to the airport too. I wasn't aware the room didn't have a Safe but you can leave your valuables with reception. Even though I had little choice to trust them, they did look after my things but they can improve guest reassurance of just putting my things in a brown envelope. I would recommend the hotel investing Safety boxes in all rooms.

I picked the hotel based on internet reviews. The hotel is new, neat and furnishings look fine. We had a corner room mid-level. Not sure why...but I did not sleep well as I got up almost every hour for the 2 nites of stay.

Fantastic Stay at the Summittaya
The folks at Sumittaya were amazingly friendly and helpful. The property itself is new, clean, and well put together with a fully adequate breakfast included in the deal. I most certainly will stay there again. Only one negative was the shower water pressure..... could boost that a bit for sure!

Clean and comfortable.
The hotel is very new and therefore is extremely clean. The only bad thing is that if you are the type who enjoys a quiet environment, the clubs and pubs nearby plays loud music late into the night, so do take note. But besides this I don’t see any bad points about this hotel. And also, I’d suggest that they issue 2 card keys per room instead of 1, it will be more convenient for couples or families who want to split their way during the day and return to the hotel separately. Breakfast is provided free and is tasty, abeit the lack of choice. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Clean and new
Overall good but wifi signal in the room was intermittent. Pillows are too thick probably because they're very new. Free coffee and tea daily. Simple free breakfast included. Price for taxi booking service to the airport was increased from 300thb to 400thb just overnight saying it's a larger car. When I paid the driver, he actually asked me how much I am supposed to pay him instead? Something's not right there. 400thb for such short distance to the airport is unacceptable as I only paid 150thb from the airport to the hotel.

New Hotel in Old City
Hotel is so new that not many people knew about it, I suppose. So therefore it was like having the whole place to yourself. All the staff were so friendly and helpful making us felt so at home and pampered. There were complimentary bananas and rice crackers in the lobby. Breakfast was simply a la carte style but prepared very well. The rooms were of the right size and clean. Basic amenities provided. No wardrobe but the hangers concept was alright making the room looks bigger and not narrow. Location is also convenient, 5 minutes walking distance to RACHADAMNOEN ROAD which holds a Sunday Night market. About 200 metres down the road from the hotel are many pubs catering to great night life for tourists and locals alike. Restaurants are all within walking distance.

シャワーの設備がボイラーで供給してないのでちょろちょろしか熱い湯が出ない。 近くに深夜までやってる飲食店があり、爆音で音楽を鳴らしておりうるさくて寝れなかった。 部屋にアメニティが一切置いてなく、アメニティを2つまで選ばされるのですが2つじゃ足りない。 清潔感はあるホテルです。

Bien situé et propre.
Hotel bien placé au centre ville. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. La chambre était très propre mais donnait sur un ensemble de bars bruyants. Le lit était vraiment trop dur à notre goût.

친절한 스탭들
그 주변에서 제일 번듯한(?) 호텔이었어요. 직원들이 정말 친절하고 도움 줄 수 있는한 최대한 주려고 노력하더라구요. 썽태우를 택시처럼 이용하는데 아저씨와 대화가 전혀 안되니 목적지를 설명하는데, 지도도 직접 프린트해서 아저씨와 이야기해주시고 그 다음 호텔 리셉션과 통화할 수 있도록 전화해서 통화하게 해주시고...암튼 엄청 친절해요. 근데 욕실에서 친구가 벌레를 봤다고 해요. 저는 못봄.. 호텔 로비도 크리스마스라고 예쁘게 꾸며놨는데 어디서 샀냐고 너무 예쁘다고 여쭤보니 리셉션 앉아계신 분께서 직접 만드셨다고...ㅎㅎㅎ 암튼 아기자기하고 친절하고 깨끗해 보이는(?) 호텔이에요.

洒店簡潔，服務貼心，職員有禮貌，大堂有免費香蕉，'菊花茶供應。 步行15至20分鐘可達傳統購物市場、夜市，附近有食店，洒巴。 可是附近酒巴的音響太勁，在房間也可聽到。大門的隔音可改善。
