床很舒適，也很乾淨 地點很方便，過條馬路就到Sunday Market， 附近也有24小時快餐店及便利店 服務員十分友善及細心 只是早餐有進步的空間，但一切還是極好

Nice Hotel
The staffs are nice, small choice of breakfast but enough for me, small room but have a very comfortable big bed for two of us. The thing that we have problem was there have lot of mosquito, I had always wear mosquito repellent in the whole journey, just forgot to wear it after foot massage and got 5 bite in just 10 minutes.

入住家庭房（三人房） 我們中午12點前就已經抵達，當時直接讓我們提早入住。 我們房間在四樓沒有樓梯，不過還好行李不多，所以沒有大問題，如果有大行李的人可能會不方便。 房間看得到日出，非常驚喜。 早餐意外的好吃，現點現做。 房間裡有個吊燈接觸不良，所以要放特別的位置才會亮。 有偷瞄過其他房間，雙人床的採光似乎沒有很好，但是三人房的採光都很好。

第一晚被蚊子叮咬 第二天早上詢問服務人員是否有電蚊液，服務人員馬上找了電蚊拍跟防蚊液給我，建議他們可以買電蚊液，因為客人不會邊電蚊子邊睡覺！哈哈 第一晚下大雨，房間有些進水，不過第二天就乾了 有天早餐煎荷包蛋有頭髮⋯清潔度還有進步空間

A decent place with good value.
Good: Great location, easy to get to the nearby tourist spots, close to night markets. Lovely and clean room. We lived on the fifth floor so the view was great. Facilities were new and working well. Breakfast good enough. Bad: One staff of the night shift was not very friendly. Other staff were good and helpful. No elevator but not a big problem. No air-conditioner on the ground floor. Bathroom clean but a bit small, no place to hang the clothes and stuff. Overall satisfactory.

Good choice to stay close to Tha pae Gate
The staff is very helpful and friendly, there's no elevator but it's not a big deal for a 4th floors building. The breakfast is simple and fresh. I love the balcony where you can put your clothes under the sunlight. Only thing I do care it's the cleanliness which I saw some hair on the bed when I check in..

Nice location
nice location and price. We 4 girls staying in the family room for 2 nights. Just reminded that the family room have one double bed, one single bed and a sofa. Me sleeping on the sofa is not comfortable. The sofa is small for a normal girl although the description stated is ok for 4ppl. And other reminder is the bathroom. There is a clear window just next to the shower, although the hotel next to us is so far away but still not comfortable when we were taking shower. Overall, stay is good, staff are helpful, breakfast is nice. Will recommend to friend.

Relaxed atmosphere
The hotel is located quite in the middle of the city, in what seems to be a back street off the main road. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the service is quite good.

ロケーションは良いが、この価格では部屋が狭すぎました。 ちょっと物を置くテーブルも無い。洗面台も歯ブラシ、化粧道具が置けない。シャワールームは狭すぎて、石鹸、シャンプーを置く台もありません。 半額で泊まれるゲストハウスの方が、広いくて設備が整っている所がたくさんあります。 ロケーションは良いだけなので、2度と利用しないでしょう。

My favorite place in Chiang Mai
I love this place. I always stay here when I am in Chiang Mai. It’s is a great location. Right next to many great restaurants and shopping areas. It has a pleasing esthetic and the staff is very helpful. A yummy breakfast is included in your stay and the WiFi worked well. I will be back again in the future.

Would recommend you just rock up and ask for a room rather than booking as the price was about $27 AUD different. We booked for one night for $67 then extended and paid about $40 for the second night. I guess thats the risk you run for not having a confirmation though.

위치는 아주아주 좋아요. 타패게이트 바로 앞인데 방은 많이 좁고 답답합니다. 벌레를 보지는 못했으나 야외랑 이어진 듯한 방이라 좀 찝찝했어요. 에어컨도 있기는 한데 잘 작동하진 않는 것 같아요. 올드타운 내에 같은 가격으로 더 깨끗하고 넓은 숙소 많으니.. 다른 곳으로 가시는 걸 추천합니다..

여기 가성비 갑! 가격저렴한거에 비해 진짜 시설 좋음 조식도 엄청 잘나옴 ! 간단히 빵이라던지 고기수프 정도 먹기에 좋음! 엘리베이터는 없지만 버겁거나 그렇지도 않고. 타페게이트 바로앞에있고 대도로변이라 늦은시간에도 무서운 분위기는 아님. 스타벅스 맥도날드 다 가깝게 있어서 좋아용

We had a perfect stay at Thapae Happy House great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Important to note there is no elevator if you are unable to carry your luggage up the stairs request a room on the second floor.

便利なロケーション、フレンドリーなスタッフ
ターペー門から徒歩3分の便利なロケーションです。旧市街の堀から1本裏手の道に位置しています。近くにはスターバックス、両替屋などあり、旧市街の探索と、ピン河方面の環境の両方にアクセスしやすいです。近くにはおしゃれなクラフトビールをタップで出してくれるお店もあります。 北部で有名なTok Senマッサージが受けられるワットマハマンも徒歩3分くらいです。 宿は受付の方も、朝食がいただけるレストランも、お掃除の方も皆感じがよくフレンドリーな雰囲気。私は4階にステイしましたが、もちろんエレベータはありません。毎日ミネラルウォーターやトイレットペーパーなど必要な物をしっかりと補充してくれます。Wi-Fiもストレスなく使うことができました。 朝食はメインが5種類から選べます。フルーツやサラダ、ヨーグルトなどは食べ放題。 難点をあげるとしたら、交通通りが多い旧市街の堀の道路の1本裏のため、夜中に少しうるさいところ（繁華街のうるささではありませんが神経質な方は気になるかものレベルです）、また仕方ないことですがシャワーの水圧が弱いです。 けれど総合的には非常に快適で満足できるステイでした。また泊まりたいと思います。

Homely
The room is cosy but it is a little too small. The aircon is cool, water heater is warm enough and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent as well. The only bad thing I can find is that there is no elevator and there are no slippers in the room. Overall, it’s a good stay.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous n'avions qu'une nuit à passer à Chiang mai, il est certes bien placé mais les chambres standard ressemblent plus à des cages à poule qu'à des chambres dignes de ce nom! l insonorisation est inexistante, en revanche le personnel est très accueillant

Comfortable hotel with cute interior for couples
The location of this hotel is great. It's very close to a ton of places to eat and drink but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms are really well designed in a classic way, but with a little modern touch. The only drawback is that there is no elevator to this place so it's not recommended for the handicapped.
