The stranger thing

Thanks for upgrade, but many facilities in our room needed to repaired, like the lights and toilet paper stand. The lobby is nice but the room-interior is like 80’s. And, another stranger thing is because we forgot a luggage in the room when we rushed to the airport, when we noticed it and called the hotel to help... The hotel replied us not founded at all. But that’s a big bag with wooden craft, clothes and shoes. This is the most strange thing of my Chiangmai trip

I enjoyed my stay

Overall it s great. Room is clean, large than expected and the bathroom is huge and nicely set up. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful (esp. James and Lee) you felt warm and welcomed every time in/out the hotel. Not many choices for Breakfast but it s sufficient with bread, fruits, eggs by ordered, etc. Will recommend to friends.

the staff are nice and willing to help, the location is great for picking up, not far for ATM, restaurant and 7-11 and even next to a starbucks. Only unsatisfied thing is that only four plugs next to the TV which is far away from the bed. No plug near the bed so that u can't charge and use when u are on bed unless u have a 2M-3M wire.

Good location with reasonable price

The hotel is clean and quite. A famous stewed pork leg rice in Chiang Mai can be reached by walking distance. Easy to take a ride on red public car outside the hotel.

Great Experience

We have been staying at the hotel for four nights, it was a great experience for us in Chiang Mai. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. You can book almost everything (e.g. Tuk Tuk, Spa, cooking class) with a discount price. The managers were willing to answer al your questions, and they would greet you with a cheerful manner every morning, and every time when you returned to the hotel. The manager couple also had a very cute little daughter who always made our made with her innocent smile. Highly recommend for your next stay in Chiang Mai.

Not much restaurant nearby. But, the toilet bowl seat is pretty old and scratched. This is a little bit disappointed.

Comfortable

An email sent to the hotel informing them about our flight delay, and they replied promptly. The reception waited for us until 11pm (coz we r the last guests arrived). Overall environment tidy and comfortable. However, it located near the Main Street, you may heard vehicle engine noise in the midnight.

Nice staff and comfortable room

All the staffs are very nice and helpful. Although there is no lift, the building is not tall and the staff help us to take luggages to our room. The breakfast is simple but good enough with such reasonable room rate. We live in a family suit with two beds. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Only thing to complaint is the floor is too slippy.

很热情的民宿，不过有点吵

这是个小有风格的小民宿，老板是荷兰人，对人很热情服务也很周到，帮我们订好了去Pai的车票。房间也非常干净，挺舒适的。不过因为位于公路旁边，对面就是护城河，临街的房间有点吵。
