The hotel is located in the trendy One Nimman area, right across from the Maya Department Store, with convenient transportation. There are various types of food, restaurants, coffee shops, and massage parlors near the hotel, catering to different preferences and budgets. Additionally, there is a night market in One Nimman on weekends, which is clean and lively. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food options. During my six-night stay, the styles of Thai noodles for breakfast were different every day.

住宿環境和整潔，整體滿意，但我是轉酒店的相對令一間的酒店在尼曼，我覺得U hotel室內好啦的環境有點陰暗和殘舊的感覺.. 可能我住在低層（2楼）对住內街和对面是餐厅，晚上有點嘈… 但酒店位於市中心，如果是想shopping和交通便利，這也是一個好選擇或者要選擇高層可能會較好些..

員工親切有禮，每個員工都很樂於助人而且總是面帶微笑，自助早餐食物豐富而且每天都有些不同，味道亦很好，房間有些設施開始破爛，如洗手間門只用膠紙貼上，而且電力不穩，房間連續兩晚有間歇停電情況，不過應該是全個尼曼區都有停電，除了這兩點需要改善，各方面都做得很好，最好的一點是這間酒店有24hr check in/out 可以幾點check in就幾點check out
