Our stay was good but improvement welcomed. We were happy with our stay. However, 1) the pool is very cold. 2) there is pork in every option in the breakfast making it difficult for Muslim travelers, vegetarians or vegans to enjoy a good breakfast. Everyday we ate the same - egg on bread. Besides this staff is super nice! The hotel itself is beautiful and quite.

Honeymoon done right by Zensala

This was an absolutely amazing find. Tucked away in a very quiet part of Chiang Mai, this very private and intimate hotel did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. The café that was attached to the hotel that provided room service was incredible, well priced, and provided many flavors to choose from. Bottled water was complementary. Staff was super kind and helpful with anything we needed. Their breakfast menu and what you got for ฿250 was enough to take you through the entire first part of the day without eating again. The pool area was beautiful, and the junior suite was very spacious! Very relaxing and 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anyone trying to disconnect while enjoying great amenities and luxury.

Hard bed, great hotel

Very nice hotel. Highly recommend the lift suite. Direct pool access from your power level. Like a private pool. Breakfast was amazing as was the service. We had 2 pizzas on different nights and both were great. Only complaint, bed was like wood. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Selve hotellet er super fint, og har en skøn grøn have. Hotellet ligger dog lige ud til en vej, og isoleringen er ikke så god, så meget af lyden går igennem. Hotellet ligger ca. 10-15 minutters kørsel fra centrum af Chaing Mai, og der går ikke noget offentlig transport. Det koster ca. 100 bath med en grab.

純粹係一間度假休閒嘅酒店,整體燈光不夠亮,出行不方便,如果純粹住在裏面三天就會覺得比較悶,房內冷氣風口對正床位,所以覺得非常冷,最重要一點時我預訂的時候我看到宣傳是有免費接駁車到市區的,但是去到就說沒有,要自己自費叫車或者他也可以幫你叫車的,這樣就令我感覺不舒服了.

從踏入酒店的第一步，便感受到職員的笑容，客房空間足夠，清潔，物品齊全，窗外便是一片綠色草地，再堂出去便是河邊，好清淨的環境，早餐豐富及多種選擇，我特意推介，大家一定要試一試這裡的午餐或晚餐，因從食材去到客人枱面，都睇得出，食得出，厨師的用心，這裡每日有兩班車單向去舊城區，算是方便，總結以CP值來計算，若想放空，休息，充電，這裡是一個很好的選擇，我與太太正計劃下個行程，當然都會來這裡兩三天呢！
