This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful.

整體感覺算佳！

客房飯店清潔度佳！服務品質也算不錯，因為是較靠近清盛城南邊城牆，所以附近較沒有商家。雖然是舊了點的裝潢，但晚上會送用保溫瓶裝的小點心給客人，早上離開時也有小伴手點心，是很用心的飯店！

Excellent breakfast

Really good hotel, breakfast was excellent. Only negative thing was a poor sound proof between rooms. The staff speaks english quite well

One night in Bang Saen

Hotel one block from main road on quiet street. Hotel has a pool table in lobby and free use of bicycles. Very nice bed, comforter and pillows. If your not looking for scenery, a pool, or other amenities, for the price, this hotel offers excellent value. One nice thing was they provided a thermos of warm soy milk in room at evening and gave us fresh cut pineapple when we checked out. Price with taxes and inclusive of breakfast 608 baht / $20.
