The hotel was a beautiful historic property but many parts of it were run down. The room was nice and clean, but we saw several dead bugs and mouse traps throughout the hotel. Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and was sooo covenient to not have to worry about. My room was very tidy, the location was great, i walked to all of the places i wanted to go, in under 15mins. I am looking forwards to seeing chicago in the summer months and i would stay here again.

Alma was so courteous and warm! She and the young man who takes care of storing the luggage have Superb customer service. They are the reason I would return to this hotel.
