The place is fine, the communication is not

Truly awful communication from the company that owns this property. I kept getting conflicting information about the check in process from whoever was in charge of monitoring their text messages at the time (they would not allow me to call so they could keep a “record” of everything that was said.) they would intermittently just stop responding, as my 6 friends and I were waiting to find out when we could check in. When I kept asking for clarification they just stopped answering me eventually! Super unprofessional, frustrating and made my stay so stressful. The place was fine. Incredibly noisy with upstairs neighbors walking around.
