「I loved this stay. We were able to enjoy a restful night after a day exploring Chicago area. We were very nervous about the noise monitoring though. Could the noise volume threshold to be set a touch higher at 80db? Also the thermostat was locked at 69 degrees and wasn't able to cool the bed room at all. Even with the floor fan pushing air around. Could it have been allowed to go slightly lower to 68 or 67?We loved the decorations and how everything was taken care of. We enjoyed a warm...

「There we 5 of us. Great location my only suggestion is that the bedrooms needed fans on some sort the master with the 2 double beds had a ceiling fan. The 3rd floor was way to warm. All in a great place. Very comfortable location 」

「The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. 「Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. 」

「This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, quite except for the ambulances which is expected in the city. The location is great. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking.」

「We showed up with our two grandchildren. The host does not have a working phone number in the account by the way. He said we didn’t actually have a reservation and would not give us access. We were left to find a hotel. Do not recommend 100%. 」
