「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「Rooftop has a great city view. Rooms were clean and staff were all friendly. 」

「This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around the Fulton Market area; it's safe, has walkable sidewalks, and it's close to off-site parking -- which we opted for to save cash. The public lobby is clean, our room was immaculate, and the check in process was easy and the people were so nice. Michigan Ave was a close uber ride away -- really a nice hotel. Our go to place when going for a day trip. 」

「I had such a nice time at the Hometown Suites. Clean, quiet, and everyone I interacted with was very helpful I would definitely book here again next time I'm in Chicago. Nothing fancy, but has everything you could want, especially if you're visiting for work travel during the week」
