"In effective security as one of the nights, there were young kids running up and down the hall at midnight and another night there was such a loud fight that we were afraid of violence. One morning, there was no hot water Furniture was dusty."

"Perfect location close to United Center and the Ice Hockey Rink. An uber took 10-15 minutes to get to the popular shopping areas in Chicago. There’s also a full Starbucks 900 feet away from the hotel!! Price was great, staff was very friendly and rooms are large! "

"The vibe is very cool and the room is spacious. That said, the fridge in the room is very loud when it turns on, the sink was clogged and slow to drain. There's no room service, you can get food to "take out" at the restaurant. However, the food is presented in a flimsy cardboard container used for leftovers which isn't really fitting for a $25+ entree. Details that just make the place feel less than classy."

"This is a hidden gem. Room is spacious and clean. Supplies are provided for cleaning dishes and even laundry pods. Much better bang for your buck vs. a traditional corporate hotel brand. Will stay in their North side location next time!"
