「Loved my stay here! The bed was soft, fluffy, and super comfortable. The room’s insulation was excellent — I barely heard any of the traffic outside. The staff was very polite and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The space’s aesthetic is great too — cozy and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend!」

「Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions.
The only few things I may have slight issue are:

「Phenomenal hotel!! From the moment I walked in my room, I knew that this would be preferred choice for my next Chicago area visit. Great staff, especially the restaurant staff!! Beautiful property.
