「This is probably one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was so clean along with the lobby. Breakfast was delicious! Our view was beautiful and the best thing was we were so close to the united center and it was an easy drive there and back. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! The price along with everything this hotel has to offer is worth it. I highly recommend this hotel!」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」
