「Room was very clean and pet friendly, which is very important to us. Breakfast staff, especially Sierra & Derrick, were very friendly, efficient and always cheerful. Check-in was quick and easy and front desk staff exceeded expectation. We have stayed at the Hyatt House at least 3 times and will be staying there more often」

「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」
