The location was good for my stay, the room was a nice size, clean and well appointed with two nice chairs, fridge, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff was great. I thought the price was reasonable for Chicago. Parking in the new building next door was as well at $54, with in and out privileges. The building is showing its age. I think almost time for renovation. The ice machine was out of service on my floor and there was one clunky elevator (of 4). I was charged for 4 nights parking, when I only used 2. But the desk staff said I would get a refund. That process is awkward, and not well explained up front.
