"I’m not going to lie, I had a few reservations based on the previous reviews. However, I started having a great feeling once I started interacting with their text #. Wether w person or AI, they were extremely helpful and helped qualm my fears. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, the bar area was beautiful, and the room was clean. Is it on the older side, yes but they’re in the process of remodeling after the acquisition so it’s understandable. My 1 and only gripe is that the shower handle was either very loose or possibly broken? We figured it out but it was a little weird. Other than that, the stay was amazing. We look forward to hopefully one day staying here again."
