Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet provided.

Apartment was clean and as pictured. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Host kept us updated and answered questions timely. Indoor covered parking was great. Location was close to NU campus and easy walk to downtown. Kitchen had ample dishes and cooking essentials. And a bag of ground coffee and filters was greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again.

Evanston Gem!

Stayed here with my husband and mother while visiting family. The space was perfect! Plenty of room for the three of us, yet enough private space with the two bedrooms. The unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Long weekend

This was such a great spot! Great location and clean! The bonus was the parking spot under the building on those freezing days! We have already recommended this condo to family in the area and would stay here again next time we are there!

We had a wonderful stay: Michelle was an amazing host, quick to respond, helped with every question, and was honest and detailed about how clean the apartment was for our family situation. I greatly appreciated her communication and would highly recommend this vrbo to other families!

Clean, safe apartment in fantastic location in Evanston

This apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, safe, and comfortable with all desired amenities. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward. The host is very responsive and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better in terms of convenience to restaurants, trains, Northwestern University, etc. would definitely stay again!

The description of unit was accurate but not complete. The kitchen was under supplied (example-advertised that it slept 5 but only 3 coffee mugs, glassware, etc. Unit was clean but a little "tired." Furniture, (large blue sofa sectional with ample comfort seating that was shown in vbro description) was changed. Newer sofa couldn't seat 5 and was very uncomfortable for tv viewing. There were only 3 of us sleeping there, but when added guest visitor came, we couldn't comfortably all sit together. No other seating except for barstools. Building was nice, parking easy accessibility (given incorrect code on arrival so after many attempts and drive arounds, we had to call property management before entry) and location good. If you are planning to spend social gathering time in unit with more than 3 adults, it wouldn't be my first choice again.

Amazing

This was so easy! The directions to parking and entering the building were spot on. It is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My only issue and this would be a matter of opinion. The master bed and the couch were terribly uncomfortable. My kids even complained about the couch. Overall we had a great time and place was excellent!

Comfort and luxury in the sky.

We enjoyed watching the sunsets from this well-appointed and conveniently located property. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro and el trains, visitors to the North Shore or Chicago can't go wrong. The property manager, Michelle, was accessible and friendly. She answered our questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us periodically to assure our stay was perfect. It was!!!
