First off, the place was not ready when we arrived so we had to wait an extra 2 hours in the city after flying from California. The listing said that there was parking was included. When we arrived they told us that parking would be more than 25% of the room rate! Even though I accepted the ridiculous fees they wanted to argue with me in the phone going on and on. Very hostile host agency! After dealing with their extortion the front desk still didn’t get notification that we were allowed into the parking for another hour. We had no choice but to accept their parking in the situation, only to find the parking was on the 7th floor of a super cramped lot and we didn’t even get our own access. We had to ask the desk every time we came or left to be able to access the garage. The host didn’t respond to my messages for more than 24 hours during the stay. There was no welcome packet or instructions for how to navigate the place. We couldn’t find anywhere to put the trash. When the host finally got back to us they said to go to the other floors of the apartment to find a trash shoot that was unlocked. I felt like I was invading the privacy of the other tenents hauling my trash up and down the stairs looking for a place where I could put it. By the time it was time for us to leave I found out there was a way to get from the garage building to the apartment building without going outside and all of the way around but if only someone could have explained that it would have saved hours
