Centrally located in the heart of Old Town. Literally a 2 block walk to Lincoln Park & North Avenue beach! The surrounding blocks are LOADED with bars, restaurants, shopping. You are in the A+ location of Chicago!
- All linens, sheets, towels fully furnished
- Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking/eating needs.
- Free street parking (sometimes hard to find). Paid parking is available for a dedicated garage spot 1 block away from the property for approx. $25 a day.

Free street parking (sometimes hard to find). Paid parking is available for a dedicated garage spot 1 block away from the property for approx. $25 a day. (not included in the Airbnb rent). Note that there is a 15 min. loading zone directly in front of the building for you to dropoff/pickup as necessary. VERY EASY & CONVENIENT. All relevant parking information will be sent to you after the reservation has been completed.

One Month Stay
Place was in good location, and overall stay was fine, but there were key items that weren’t accurately described, and host lacked communication overall. AC didn’t work, slept in 78° every evening, and even after communicating the issue, nothing was resolved. Washer & dryer were listed as “in unit,” yet were in basement of building where it was shared amongst other tenants & barber shop (beard/hair clippings were found in our “clean sheets”) and feet away from multiple rat sightings/trash piles. Fridge water system didn’t work, and the Brita didn’t have a filter that worked properly, toaster also didn’t work, even though listed in description.
Code to exterior door was changed during stay, and no notification was given. Stranded outside until host replied with new code.
Tv services weren’t available as mentioned, so had to log into our own streaming apps.
Loved staying in Old Town, but the listing & communication could’ve been a lot better.

Long Term Stay
Nice apartment. Gate doesn’t lock and stairwell is ratty. Other folks and barbershop were quite noisy at times. Generally, though, it’s spacious and close to all the action on Wells St.
