Professionally cleaned & sanitized 2-bed, 1-bath garden unit in Forest Park, with organic cleaning products for an eco-friendly stay, no chores required. Self-check-in available, has smart lock. Two-car tandem parking in the rear lot. This is a garden unit in a 3-unit building. King-size memory foam bed and sound machines in each bedroom. 55” Smart TV, workspace, and free kids’ toys & books. The fully equipped kitchen has everything. Few steps to the Green Line, Metra, and 10 mins to shopping
Living Room:
Living area is a combination of style and comfort. Enjoy hours of streaming your favorite show and sporting events on a LG 55-inch Smart TV & free WIFI. Spacious plush power 2-way recliners are special made for Game day! The space includes an office laptop workstation. Free kids toys to keep, they will love.
Master Bedroom:
King size 14 inch elite memory foam bed in the master suite. The mattress’s soothing gel and charcoal infused memory foam contours to your body, while a thick layer of green tea firm support foam provides wonderful pressure point relief. Topped with a micro cool technology cover to keep you that much more comfortable. You’re going to love how you feel after sleeping on this mattress! Sound machine locate on nightstand by light to help eliminate any potential noises for restful sleep.

Queen size pillow top mattress in second bedroom has multiple layers of memory foam for comfort. The individually wrapped coils work with the memory foam to reduce motion. Sound machine locate on nightstand by light to help eliminate any potential noises for restful sleep.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, silverware, and a modern refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker on refrigerator door.
Bathroom:
Bright and clean bathroom equipped with a makeup mirror and vanity to prepare for a night out. Plush bath and face towels provided on bathroom shelf. Wash soap and shampoo provided on bathroom shelf.
Parking:
G parking spot fits two cars back to back tandem behind the building in parking lot. Outside security camera in parking lot.
