The Space:

If you're looking for a comfy and convenient spot to stay, this studio’s got you covered.



It’s fully furnished with a queen bed, a cozy sofa to relax on, kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and other kitchen/dining essentials, and a clean bathroom. Plus, there’s WiFi for all your streaming or remote work needs.



Just a heads-up: the studio is on the second floor and there’s no elevator, so you'll need to take the stairs.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all listed amenities. The space is private and not shared with anyone else.



Accidents can happen. For a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35, you may add a Damage Waiver that covers up to $400 in qualifying accidental damage during your stay, including spills, stains, and broken glassware.



The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.

If you decline the waiver, you remain responsible for any applicable damage charges.

The neighborhood has a relaxed, welcoming vibe with just the right touch of city life. You’ll find a good mix of local spots—restaurants, cafes, bars, and some low-key entertainment like small theaters and live music venues. It’s easy to get around on foot, and there are a few nearby green spaces if you want to unwind outside.

The apartment is in a convenient spot with public transit nearby, including:

Belmont & Lincoln/Ashland bus stop – just a 2-minute walk

Paulina Station (Brown Line) – about an 8-minute walk



Other Things to Note:

We might need extra info like a government ID and additional screening as part of the booking process.

Please let us know if you’re bringing a cat (cats only allowed) for $50 fee per pet. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
